Order Cancellation
Order Confirmation:
All wholesale orders are considered confirmed once an invoice is issued and payment terms are agreed. By placing an order, you enter into a binding agreement with Aromachology Studios.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email) within 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours, orders may have already entered production or preparation, and cancellation may not be possible.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items:
Orders for custom products, large quantities, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Cancellation Fees:
If cancellation is accepted after 48 hours but before dispatch, Aromachology Studios reserves the right to charge up to 30% of the order value to cover materials, production, and administrative costs.
Non-Cancellable Orders:
Orders that have been prepared, packed, or dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be invoiced in full.
Refunds on Approved Cancellations:
If a payment has been made and a cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed minus any applicable charges within 14 working days.
Returns Policy
At Aromachology Studios, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products. Please note the following returns policy for wholesale orders:
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders, except in cases where goods are faulty or damaged. Returns due to change of mind or unsold stock cannot be accommodated.
Faulty or Damaged Goods:
Please inspect all items upon delivery. Any faults or damages must be reported to us within 5 working days, along with photographs and details. We will arrange a suitable solution such as replacement, credit, or refund for affected items at our discretion.
Discrepancies & Shortages:
Any order discrepancies or shortages must be reported within 5 working days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Returns Authorisation:
Returns will only be accepted with prior written approval from Aromachology Studios. Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging and in saleable condition.
Shipping Costs:
For approved returns due to faults or damages, Aromachology Studios will cover return shipping costs or arrange collection. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.
We cannot accept substitute or alternative items by way of returns, so please look closely at the items you return to us. We may send items back to you at our discretion. If you return or attempt to return substitute or alternative items, you will still be responsible for paying for the original item purchased and we reserve the right to charge an investigation fee of no less than £35 to cover the cost of our investigating the position. We can offset this amount due from other sums that may be due to you for refunds. Accepting returned goods and/or crediting an account does not constitute a waiver of our right to charge an investigation fee.
